Well, we got the package from Jon's perspective employer, a large photography company.
It had like a 6 page contract that is a little hard to swallow but my husband and a friend said that these kind of "no compete" contracts are pretty standard now.
This one looked extremely tough to me. Essentially, any idea Jon has while in their employment belongs to them and he doesn't get royalties. I know Jon's brain and he will think of better ways to do things for the company.
Jonathan is looking for a job where he can use his digital photography experience and be creative. I think this job is going to turn into more of a sales pitch each time you take pictures. I hope Jon can switch gears and do that. He has a great personality but hates selling things.
Long range goals is to write and direct a movie or have his own photography studio and do videos.
