I'm suppose to be finishing my homework for HTML class but I just wanted to check in here for a minute.

I'm a little overwhelmed with HTML. The teacher has us doing things that seem like they shouldn't be done til the end of class. She also has us doing busy work. I thought at this point we would be learning basic HTML. My son was over last night and he was totally stumped on one of the assignments. He finally did it just to proof to his self that he could do it. We both set there saying, "Why would you ever want to do that process on a web page?" I know I for one will never use that again.

Kinda reminds me of Algebra. Who cares that x + y =z?? Why not just use numbers to begin with??

I guess I'm spoiled because I've been using FrontPage to design web pages and it does all the HTML for you. I'm trying to learn how to design web pages like the professionals do so I can get more money for my web designs.
