I guess no one noticed that this was actually written by someone else and I placed it on my blog.

Religious teaching is banned from most public schools. But every year
those schools, and even some churches, pay homage to the religion of
someone other than God.

For those of you who like to argue and debate, take your arguments back to your own blogs. I'm not going back into the world's system and participate in man-made holidays or traditions with pagan roots.
I have stated my beliefs and I'm not going to continue to argue with all of you.
I started with Halloween because it's October. I was going to get around to Christmas and Easter.
I just left a church because of arguing and confrontations. I'm now attending a church that is peaceful. They don't believe all the things I do but they are loving and peaceful. The spirit of God is there.
My faith is non-denominational. You can't put me in a catagory. I have studied and researched and continue to study and research.
I spend time in prayer communicating with the God I believe created the universe.
The feasts God ask you to keep forever are listed in the Bible in Leviticus 13.
Someone
mentioned Hannakah. That's a man-made feast from the book of Maccabees which is only in the Catholic Bible ironically.
Hanukkah was first celebrated over 2,000 years ago after the Jews, under the leadership of Judah the Maccabee (the Hammer), recaptured the Temple from the Syrians.
Some resources say that it's celebrated near the time of Christmas so that Jewish children have a holiday to celebrate also at that time of the year.
I will not take the time to argue and debate with each of you. You have a computer, do some research on your own.
My husband and I are searching for truth together.
He asked me last night if we should join the church we have been attending. I told him that I don't like the tradition of "joining". Why can't I just attend??
He feels strongly that we need to sit down with the pastor and explain our beliefs to him. I would love to do a Powerpoint presentation on things I have found out that most Christians never discover on their own.
He suggested bringing in Richard Rives to do a seminar.
I would love to if we could get more than 10 people to show up. Out of those 10, 8 would want to argue.
Most people are perfectly happy living the way they are with tradtions that have no Biblical basis but they are comfortable doing what everyone else is doing whether it's right or wrong.
