funDespite the 96 degree heat in Kansas.......
(Not complaining it's better than the wind and rain we've been having!)
We had a very successful day for getting items for the "Miracle Bags" to give to the Children's Miracle Network kids.
So far we have collected:
Plastic bags from Party Time
50 ice cream cone certificates from Spangle's
100 beanie babies from a lady Aaron works with
100 family movie DVD's from Hannover House
Guess who's coming at 6 PM to be in the lobby before the benefit concert????
"Geoffrey the Giraffe" from Toys R Us
I am so excited! I love giraffes. I was a professional clown for 10 years and I love seeing kids eyes light up when they see big character animals.
This concert looks like it will be a lot of fun.
I hope we make a bunch of money for CMN.
